Time to Target Weekly Goals

Monday, June 7, 2010 – Day 10

390 days to go.

Spent a good part of yesterday preparing food for the week. While doing this, I was brainstorming ways to incorporate my habits into my eating program. There’s so much I can do. It’s time to start brainstorming and compiling notes. Just chip away…

It’s Monday. Do I have a weekly goal?

I know I need to weigh 194 a week from today. That’s one goal. What else do I have? Do I want to have my research done? My program mapped out? Think about having a serious weekly goal to guide my actions instead of just daily willy-nilly stuff.

  1. Call Quint re: shooting “Beer Beach” pickups.
  2. Type SixPackDaddy notes into blog.
  3. Formulate weekly goal. (On Monday, June 14, I will have X done…)
